Shipping & Delivery Policy

Panel Hub

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled by Panel Hub. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which form the legally binding agreement for all purchases.

1. Delivery Area

1.1 Mainland UK Delivery Panel Hub delivers only to mainland UK addresses. Orders placed for addresses outside mainland UK are not automatically accepted.

1.2 Remote, Rural & Island Locations Certain locations may incur additional delivery charges beyond those shown on our website due to courier limitations. This includes, but is not limited to, the following postcode areas: KW, ZE, HS, PA (island postcodes only). Customers in these areas must contact Customer Service via email before placing an order to confirm delivery availability and charges.

2. Pre-Order Items (Important)

2.1 Pre-Order Definition Items marked as "Pre-Order" are products that are currently in production or transit to our warehouse. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing the stock for delivery at a future date.

2.2 Estimated Dispatch Dates Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are clearly displayed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates based on our logistics schedules and are subject to change due to international shipping or manufacturing delays.

2.3 Mixed Orders If your order contains both "In Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, the entire order will typically be held and dispatched together once the pre-order stock arrives. If you require in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

2.4 Updates We will notify you via email if there is any significant change to the estimated dispatch window of your pre-order.

3. Order Processing

3.1 Order Confirmation Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email, call, or voicemail confirming receipt. A legally binding contract is formed only when an Order Confirmation is issued.

3.2 Processing Time (In-Stock Items) Standard in-stock orders are typically prepared and handed to our transport team within 3–14 business days, depending on stock availability, product type, and transport logistics. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Method

4.1 Standard Delivery Deliveries are door-to-door only. For flats or apartments, delivery will be made to the ground floor or main building entrance.

4.2 Additional Handling Drivers are not required to carry goods upstairs or into properties. Any request to place goods beyond the delivery point is done at the customer’s risk.

4.3 Access Requirements Customers must ensure safe and clear access for delivery vehicles and adequate space to offload goods. Failed deliveries due to access issues may result in additional charges.

5. Delivery Times & Scheduling

5.1 Delivery Windows Standard delivery hours are 07:00 – 21:30, Monday to Saturday. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

5.2 Delivery Notifications You will receive an email confirmation once delivery is scheduled. Tracking details are usually provided on the day of delivery.

5.3 Rescheduling Rescheduled deliveries may be moved to the next available delivery window, typically 7–10 business days later.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or access issues, re-delivery charges may apply, or the customer may be required to collect goods from our warehouse.

7. Transfer of Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment, including delivery charges, has been received. Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.

8. Inspection on Delivery

8.1 Customer Responsibility Customers should inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products should be rejected on delivery where possible or reported to Panel Hub within 24 hours via email with photographs.

8.2 Missing Items Missing item claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

9. Delivery Delays & Events Outside Our Control

Panel Hub is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, or industrial action. If delays occur, we will notify you and arrange a revised delivery date.
