Still not received the samples almost 2 weeks later. Very poor service and will not use again
Ordered samples weeks ago, delivery date keeps changing. Ordered samples off another site which arrived next day. I have now ordered through them as the speed of service is much better! AND STILL NO SAMPLES FROM YOU??

Samples arrived promptly very nice samples The only thing I would say is it would be useful to be labelled so you knew which colours were which. We have placed an order with you and look foward to our new media wall

The samples only have solid colour on the front. The side look lighter which is not what I am looking for. I do like the size of the strips.

I haven’t received the samples 2 weeks after ordering them, despite contacting you after a week, being told there was an error your end and you were sending them out last week, it’s now week 3 since ordering and still don’t have them, and you ask for a review?? Wasting my time.

Really like the panels, however after receiving the samples & making a choice we are extremely disappointed to find the panels chosen are no longer at the price we first saw.
I am therefore disappointed & am now having to rethink my options for completing the work I had in mind .
Perhaps the sales team would be able to reconsider & reprice the panels in question .
