This includes, but is not limited to, the following postcode areas: KW, ZE, HS, PA (island postcodes only). Customers in these areas must contact Customer Service via email before placing an order to confirm delivery availability and charges.

2. Pre-Order Items (Important)

2.1 Pre-Order Definition Items marked as "Pre-Order" are products that are currently in production or transit to our warehouse. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing the stock for delivery at a future date.

2.2 Estimated Dispatch Dates Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are clearly displayed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates based on our logistics schedules and are subject to change due to international shipping or manufacturing delays.

2.3 Mixed Orders If your order contains both "In Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, the entire order will typically be held and dispatched together once the pre-order stock arrives. If you require in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
