This includes, but is not limited to, the following postcode areas: KW, ZE, HS, PA (island postcodes only). Customers in these areas must contact Customer Service via email before placing an order to confirm delivery availability and charges.

2. Pre-Order Items (Important)

2.1 Pre-Order Definition Items marked as "Pre-Order" are products that are currently in production or transit to our warehouse. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing the stock for delivery at a future date.

2.2 Estimated Dispatch Dates Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are clearly displayed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates based on our logistics schedules and are subject to change due to international shipping or manufacturing delays.

2.3 Mixed Orders If your order contains both "In Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, the entire order will typically be held and dispatched together once the pre-order stock arrives. If you require in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

2.4 Updates We will notify you via email if there is any significant change to the estimated dispatch window of your pre-order.

3. Order Processing

3.1 Order Confirmation Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email, call, or voicemail confirming receipt. A legally binding contract is formed only when an Order Confirmation is issued.

Very impressed as good if bet better that the photos, very smooth transaction, delivery driver was good as most don't find our house, he actually answered the phone when tracking stopped updating.

Really good quality, and value for money

Love the quality and the ease of putting it all together. I did it all inside 2 and 1/2 hours. Only problem i had is it has rained since i finished putting it all together and i only got to sit on it for about 5 mins. Roll on this weekend the weather is supposed to be good

Asking for a review when it hasn’t been delivered yet that’s because they haven’t showed up for the first two deliveries, two days off work waiting in all day for nothing plus want to charge £35 for delivery. I would try somewhere else

The set is beautiful. High quality for the price. Good communication re delivery
Instructions could be improved and what gas bottle suits. But all in happy with this garden set and service

Recently purchased high quality garden furniture at a fabulous price. Photographs on website, do not do the items purchased a justification.
Would happily buy others items for Panel Hub in the future.
