I cannot fault the quality and value for money of the 60 x 60 slatted panel tiles and the edge trim I took delivery of. Sadly the good quality of product is massively let down by a misrepresentation on your website of the panel colour, or a stock/distribution error. I took delivery of what I expected to be 'light oak' panels and edge trim, based on the representation on your website. This colour was chosen specifically to match light Oak furniture on order for that same space, samples of which we'd already seen. The panels delivered in a box marked 'light Oak' were fitted by my tradesmen in my absence, as the colour stated on the packaging was what they had expected to be installing. Sadly when I arrived back on site, the panels were already fitted but did not even closely resemble your 'light Oak' representation on the website. The 'light Oak' edge trim supplied on the same order by yourselves was in fact the correct as expected light Oak colour also represented on your website, but the two didn't even closely resemble each other. I've subsequently taken this up with on several occasions with your customer service, the responses from whom have clearly shown absolutely zero understanding or appreciation of the problem, nor have they arrived at a satisfactory conclusion given the circumstances. Overall this is just not acceptable. How can you offer an edge trim and panel with the same colour description, then deliver products of entirely different colours only to then standby the fact that each colour delivered was 'light oak'!?? A classic demonstration of how to destroy the trust and loyalty of a consumer base!! Appalling and short-sighted customer service to say the very least!

Ordering was easy, chose a day the following week for delivery. Received great communication from start to finish.
Delivery was on time, the lads were courteous and respectful with our light coloured carpets.
The quality was spot on. Only thing we slipped up on was we should have ordered much more adhesive, say 1 tube per panel, but we went to the local DIY.
Wouldn't hesitate to order again.

The service I have received has been excellent. The price is great compared to the rest of the market for these types of panels and the quality of the panels themselves are really good. The communication from point of sale through to delivery has been regular and clear. I even managed to get the wrong delivery address having moved house recently, and the team managed to turn this around in an instant. Overall, I have been really impressed with the service. I would definitely recommend.
Puchased these and was sent out cheap £5 plastic corner ends that did not even match the colour of the panels i ordered. Very disapointed.

My order was left a road away of my flat with no notice or call from driver.
We brought them to my house by the help of neighbors.
I was going to bye panel for my other room after them but with this service I won’t.
Also the glue is not strong enough to hold panel on wall I have to put something heavy on it to stay on the wall.
