These panels are sold as packs of 14, giving an overall coverage of 230cm x 212cm Per Pack. Each individual panel measures 230cm tall x 152mm wide.

Presenting our Composite Siding panels developed with the latest extrusion technologies by Panel Hub UK. Outdoor Panels combines the durability of co-extrusion and beauty of a slat wood finish. Furthermore, the slat exterior wall panels add additional protection from the elements and are UV sun resistant, weather proof, water proof, moisture proof, and made to last.

Wonderful for outdoor living spaces, gardens, fences, patios, exterior walls and more. Additionally, they add a unique, personalised look to your home or garden area. These outdoor wall panels are easy to install and can be installed vertically or horizontally. Perfect for a DIY home project!

This Panel structure is equipped with lugs on the backs of boards, which naturally create a thin space for air between the support and the siding. In vertical installations, they help install boards on a simple wood or metal frame only.

Maintains board colour over time: UV-resistant and non-porous, it ensures complete resistance to weather and other outdoor attacks, which weaken finishes and the original appearances of traditional cladding.

Very easy to install, just measure it, cut it and screw it to the wall.

For best results, clean the panels using only water and a soft cloth or sponge. Do not use any chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the surface finish.

UV Weathering & Colour Variation

Please note before purchasing: As these panels are designed for outdoor use, they will naturally be exposed to UV light and changing weather conditions. Over time, this exposure can cause the colour of the panels to fade or change slightly as the material naturally weathers.

This is a normal characteristic of outdoor composite materials and should be expected as part of the product’s natural ageing process. The extent of any colour change can vary depending on factors such as the level of direct sunlight, positioning, weather conditions and overall exposure.

The panels are manufactured with UV-resistant properties to help minimise significant fading; however, UV resistance does not mean that the colour will remain completely unchanged over time.

By purchasing these panels, customers acknowledge that some degree of natural colour variation and UV weathering may occur. This should be taken into consideration when selecting the product for your outdoor project.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled by Panel Hub. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which form the legally binding agreement for all purchases.

1. Delivery Area

1.1 Mainland UK Delivery Panel Hub delivers only to mainland UK addresses. Orders placed for addresses outside mainland UK are not automatically accepted.

1.2 Remote, Rural & Island Locations Certain locations may incur additional delivery charges beyond those shown on our website due to courier limitations. This includes, but is not limited to, the following postcode areas: KW, ZE, HS, PA (island postcodes only). Customers in these areas must contact Customer Service via email before placing an order to confirm delivery availability and charges.

2. Pre-Order Items (Important)

2.1 Pre-Order Definition Items marked as "Pre-Order" are products that are currently in production or transit to our warehouse. By purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing the stock for delivery at a future date.

2.2 Estimated Dispatch Dates Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are clearly displayed on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates based on our logistics schedules and are subject to change due to international shipping or manufacturing delays.

2.3 Mixed Orders If your order contains both "In Stock" and "Pre-Order" items, the entire order will typically be held and dispatched together once the pre-order stock arrives. If you require in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

2.4 Updates We will notify you via email if there is any significant change to the estimated dispatch window of your pre-order.

3. Order Processing

3.1 Order Confirmation Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email, call, or voicemail confirming receipt. A legally binding contract is formed only when an Order Confirmation is issued.

3.2 Processing Time (In-Stock Items) Standard in-stock orders are typically prepared and handed to our transport team within 3–14 business days, depending on stock availability, product type, and transport logistics. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Method

4.1 Standard Delivery Deliveries are door-to-door only. For flats or apartments, delivery will be made to the ground floor or main building entrance.

4.2 Additional Handling Drivers are not required to carry goods upstairs or into properties. Any request to place goods beyond the delivery point is done at the customer’s risk.

4.3 Access Requirements Customers must ensure safe and clear access for delivery vehicles and adequate space to offload goods. Failed deliveries due to access issues may result in additional charges.

5. Delivery Times & Scheduling

5.1 Delivery Windows Standard delivery hours are 07:00 – 21:30, Monday to Saturday. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

5.2 Delivery Notifications You will receive an email confirmation once delivery is scheduled. Tracking details are usually provided on the day of delivery.

5.3 Rescheduling Rescheduled deliveries may be moved to the next available delivery window, typically 7–10 business days later.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or access issues, re-delivery charges may apply, or the customer may be required to collect goods from our warehouse.

7. Transfer of Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to the customer once full payment, including delivery charges, has been received. Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.

8. Inspection on Delivery

8.1 Customer Responsibility Customers should inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products should be rejected on delivery where possible or reported to Panel Hub within 24 hours via email with photographs.

8.2 Missing Items Missing item claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

9. Delivery Delays & Events Outside Our Control

Panel Hub is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, or industrial action. If delays occur, we will notify you and arrange a revised delivery date.

Returns

For standard non-bespoke online orders, you generally have 14 days after receipt to cancel. Once cancelled, return the goods within 14 days. Change-of-mind return costs are normally your responsibility.

Keep goods unused, uninstalled, uncut and unmodified, and retain the original packaging where reasonably possible. Bespoke or customised products may be excluded. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

1. Standard Products – Your Right to Cancel

For standard (non-bespoke) products, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Returning the Goods

If the goods have already been delivered, you must return them to us within 14 days of cancellation.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

In a resaleable condition
Returned in original packaging

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of:

Receiving the returned goods

Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where legally required.
We may reduce the refund if the goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

2. Exempt Products – No Change-of-Mind Returns

The following products are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel and cannot be returned for change of mind, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Exempt Products Include:

Bespoke, made-to-order, or customised products

Cut-to-size panels
Custom colours
Products made to your specific requirements

LED lighting kits and electrical components

LED strips, transformers, plugs, wiring, and modular kits
Once opened, powered on, installed, wired, or modified, these items are non-returnable for safety and compliance reasons

Consumers may inspect or test LED products only as necessary to confirm:

Visual condition
Basic functionality using supplied components

Any permanent installation, wiring, cutting, or modification will void any return or remedy unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
Installed, fitted, cut, drilled, or modified products
Perishable or time-sensitive goods

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Reporting an Issue

Notify us as soon as reasonably practicable, ideally within 24 hours of delivery
Reports must be made by email and include:

Clear photographs of the issue

This does not remove your statutory rights.

Conditions

Goods must not be installed, cut, altered, or disposed of unless installation was necessary to identify a latent fault.
Goods must be retained for inspection or collection.

Remedies

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following (as appropriate):

Repair
Replacement
Refund

No remedy will be issued until the goods have been inspected or returned.

4. Discretionary Returns & Store Credit

For products that are exempt from statutory cancellation rights, Panel Hub may, at its sole discretion, consider a return in exceptional circumstances.

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Goods must be unused, uninstalled, and resaleable
The customer is responsible for return shipping
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Approval is not guaranteed

Store Credit

Approved discretionary returns are issued as store credit only
Store credit:

Is non-refundable
Is non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Has a 12-month validity, unless stated otherwise

Discretionary returns do not create a legal right or entitlement.

Items returned damaged, incomplete, or unsaleable may be refused or subject to deduction

Failed collections or missed delivery attempts may result in additional charges
Optional or premium delivery services are non-refundable once provided

7. Abuse of Returns Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or store credit where:

The policy is misused or abused
Repeated or unreasonable claims are made
Goods have been deliberately damaged, installed, or altered

Great panels which smartened up our seating area - easy to put on cut to size and we used a staple gun.

They look great, however I'm concerend at their longevity in the sun as there are already signs of the outer plastic coating starting to peel. Both deliveries I have received have stickers on the box ends saying 'indoor slat wall panels' which seems strange too when they are advertised as outdoor.
