Amazing product. Ordered with some nervousness due to being less than half the price of the high street product.
Arrived super quick, excellent quality and so easy to use.

All panels delivered on time but when I opened one it was damaged one of the slats had was split

Very good 👍 excellent

Hi Simon, we're thrilled to hear you’re happy with the panel! Thanks for the great review.

I ordered the 3m versions of these as my walls are 2.9m high and they look great. I did order a single panel of 2.4m to do an area above the wardrobe but in fact I didn't need it in the end. I have decided to do another wall in my bedroom and ordered a load more and also some grey ones for the living room wall. Quality is excellent. I actually ordered all 2.4m lengths this time due to the cost difference and hopefully I will be able to butt them up perfectly. I also ordered the lighting kit which is also excellent. The one small gripe I have is the cable from each LED strip is 1m long which caused me a bit of a headache. I got there in the end though and have the transformer box mounted at the top and it is all but invisible. The cables could be extended if you want to cut them and add some bell wire in but I decided against this. All in all, so far, so good. I am waiting on another 17 panels and can't wait to get them up. FYI I was able to **** mine to the wall using black plasterboard screws as I had just insulated my walls with insulated plasterboard and battens.

Hi Julius, thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! We're thrilled to hear you’re happy with the quality and your creative setup. Your tips about the LED cables and mounting are really helpful. We can't wait to see your completed walls! If you need any further assistance, just let us know. Enjoy your decorating!

Excellent quality for the price very happy

First set of panels delivered were water damaged. Second set i was told were ‘all black’ turned out to be grey with a light wood colour on the edges.

Thank you for your comments.

We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding both orders.

With regard to the first delivery, two panels were identified as having a small area of water damage. We offered to replace these panels for you; however, you chose to retain the damaged panels and accepted a partial refund instead.

Regarding the second order, there was a miscommunication concerning the appearance of the panels and specifically the visibility of the wood-effect element at the edges. Once this was raised by yourself, we offered to arrange collection of the panels and issue a full refund. Unfortunately, this option was also declined, and the panels were retained.

We therefore feel that we have made reasonable efforts to resolve both matters and offered appropriate solutions on each occasion. We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied, but the options offered to replace, collect or refund the panels were declined.

Look great, rapid delivery, fantastic customer service and excellent price.

Hi Christopher, thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you’re happy with the panel and our service.

Great value, prompt service 👍
